Terms

Unless there is an established account, fish are to be paid for ahead of shipping. An approximate shipping price will be on the invoice. If it shipping becomes more than the estimate, by $1.00, we will bill you. If it is less than the estimate by more than $1.00, you will be refunded. Payment is to be made by Pay Pal, check or cash on site.

Must provide a physical shipping address for Fed Ex or UPS priority delivery. You must be home on day of delivery. Air shipment is available if customer will pick up fish within two hours of arrival at airport. Next day and 2-3 day shipping are available.

Fish will be boxed, in a plastic bag with water and oxygen. Cam Too Koi is only responsible for life of fish to moment of delivery to customer. Ice packs will be provided in the box during spring and summer shipping. We will quarantine fish for 2 weeks before making them available for sale. Cannot guarantee sex of fish at the age we sell. Please give us 2 business days after the order to pack and send fish. Returning fish is not an option.

Packaging will be $15.00 for each box to NC, SC, VA. All other 45 contiguous states $45. No shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
